“When I first began seeing Korina about two months ago, my easy breath hold (control pause) was right around 10. After suffering with allergies for over 30 years (allergic rhinitis, sneezing daily for many years) and approximately eight years ago accidentally inhaling chlorine which burned my lungs and caused shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing for years, I discovered Buteyko. It even got to the point where I couldn't navigate my steps without having to pause for a breath. Due to my careful efforts of selecting a coach, after researching for about a month, I discovered Korina not only had asthma but was a respiratory therapist and lived in the States. What a blessing it has been to find her! After two months of doing the exercises, my symptoms have greatly improved: shortness of breath, mucus, minimal to no wheezing, no tinnitus, improved sleep. My numbers have gone up into the 20s and 30s and even reached 40 a couple times. Thankfully I started Buteyko when I did because in late December I got covid and didn't even cough.”
